Hair Braiding for Beginners (Grade 6-8)

Learn how to perform basic hair braiding techniques starting with an introduction to hair braiding, history of hair braiding, and learn the two strand twist and plaiting. Students will learn a variety of hair braiding techniques such as dutch braids, french braids, fishtail braids, and cornrows. Students will also get to create a braid updo hairstyle.
