Designed for teens ages 14–18, Rooted is a welcoming creative writing and journaling workshop that explores self-worth, identity, personal values, thoughts, and beliefs. Through guided journaling, creative activities, and meaningful reflection, participants will build confidence, explore their imagination, and consider what they want to nurture, who they hope to become, and what they may need to let go of as they grow. No previous writing experience is required just bring an open mind and a willingness to create!
