Learn. Care. Act. Campers will explore the world of pets and animal care! They’ll learn about daily pet needs—including emotional care, grooming, training, and even budgeting for a pet. Through games, activities, and interactive lessons, campers will discover how to treat animals kindly, understand why animals end up in shelters, and what to do if they find a lost or stray pet. Special Notes: Day 4: Visit to a local animal shelter (parents provide transportation) to see how shelters care for animals and try hands-on activities like making enrichment toys, creating signs, and exploring play areas. Day 5: Back on campus for reflection, discussion, and a chance to meet animal professionals and rescuers if available.
