This session provides guidance on implementing a STF prevention program to protect patients/residents, visitors and employees. The goal of this training is to familiarize you with common STF hazards in healthcare facilities so you are able to recognize and reduce the risk to patients. Review of prevention strategies or hazards in healthcare facilities. Both visitors and patients will benefit from an STF prevention program in your facility reducing their risk as well. It will be facilitated by a subject matter expert, who has served as an RN and Regional Nursing Director in nursing homes and assisted living facilities across New York for over 25 years.
