This course is designed to teach the basic/advanced skills for exercise in the water. Emphasis will be placed on various exercise routines in the water that incorporate strength, endurance, and flexibility. Please be prepared to be active in the pool on the first day of class.
Supplies: Bring your own towel and drinking water.
Class will follow campus holiday closures.
